Delete your account & data

The fastest way to delete everything is from inside Batch Tutor:

• Open Batch Tutor and go to Profile.
• Scroll to the Danger zone and tap Delete account.
• Read the warning, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete account.
• Wait for the process to finish — you’ll be signed out automatically when it’s done.

When you delete your account, Batch Tutor removes:

• Your account and sign-in record (Google Firebase Authentication).
• Your user profile record on our side.
• Your Google Drive backups created by Batch Tutor (in the app’s private folder).
• All institute data on your device (students, fees, attendance, marks, staff, inventory, documents and notes).
• The App’s access to your Google account is also revoked.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to keep a copy, export your reports before deleting.

The limited, pseudonymous usage analytics we collect are linked to a non-personal identifier, not your email. If you would also like us to delete analytics records associated with your use, email us at [email protected] and we will action it.

If you can no longer access the App, you can ask us to delete your account. Email [email protected] from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your request and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.

After deletion, we may retain limited records only where required for legal, tax or security purposes. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
